Russ Mohawk is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Plans and Population Health Services at Inova Health Systems, where he is responsible for fiscal, operational, legislative, regulatory and human resources objectives. He has extensive executive management experience in the managed care industry including Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. Russ earned a B.A. from Concordia College.
Dr. Poffenroth joined Signature Partners in 2014. He is a highly motivated physician executive with interest in leading and aligning physician networks toward a common goal of providing high-quality care within an integrated delivery system. Prior to assuming his role at Signature Partners, Dr. Poffenroth was Director of Clinical Integration for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University, a Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine, and a Masters of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. He is also a Board member of the American Kidney Foundation and A Wider Circle.
In her position as Chief Operating Officer at Signature Partners, Anne is responsible for the strategic development and leadership. Anne started with Inova Health System in 2001 and brings more than 25 years of nursing experience to her role as COO. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, a Registered Nursing degree from State University of New York, and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University, School of Management. She is a board member for multiple organizations including The Women’s Center, Rx Partnership, The Fairfax County Community Health Care Network Advisory Board, and Medical Care for Children Partnership (MCCP). In her spare time she is a nurse volunteer for Operation Walk and the Mission of Mercy Project, and is a volunteer for Girls on the Run Northern Virginia.
Glenn Lohrmann, is the Chief Financial Officer for the Population Health Services Division at Inova Health System. Glenn began his career in public accounting, specializing in health and life sciences clients.After leaving public accounting, he served in senior financial executive roles for community and tertiary hospitals, primary care physician groups, multi-specialty academic faculty groups, health plans, and DME companies.Glenn has served in national and international roles in for-profit and not-for-profit companies, and with public and private firms.Glenn earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Melissa Wright is the Compliance Officer for the Population Health Services Division at Inova Health System. She is responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating risk within the organization, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, and company policies, and for detecting, preventing, and correcting fraud, waste, and abuse. Melissa earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
